Any one who owns a dog should be concerned about keeping them on their own property. This does not only apply to Beagles but is particularly pertinent to Beagles because of their inclination to wander. Your section, or part of it, will need to be fenced to about 1.5 metres high all round, and fences will not be able to have any gaps under them or have part of them larger than 100mm - a Beagle can squeeze through a very small gap! Your driveway will need to have gates if access to the garage is through part of the section where your Beagle is normally free running.
